Lobby

Our new lobby has been completed.

What's New?
The new lobby design greatly enhances the building. Besides the new decor, the lobby now features air conditioning,  a concierge desk for packages, a new "storefront" (entranceway and windows), recessed lighting and mirrored columns. New, larger mailboxes are in operation.

And we love the fresh-cut flowers!

Security
A new, digital security system is now in place. Additional security cameras have been installed throughout hallways, laundry room, entranceways and other key locations, all connected to a central computer  system, which records the moving images digitally. Videos recorded up to a week previously can be instantly recalled.

Lobby Protocol
The lobby personnel are there to serve and protect the tenants. We think they can do a better job if our fellow tenants refrain from gathering in the lobby or distracting the guards in casual conversation. TAGG supports the "no loitering" rule, and suggests that tenants avoid long talks in the lobby. Friendliness, of course. "Hanging out" no.
